Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, is seeking a senior data/ML engineer to serve as the Agentic Middleware for the Integrity team.

You will connect Trust & Safety business logic to our real-time Risk Engine and help build data pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration to power AI. You will tackle back-end bottlenecks, implement guardrails, and ensure autonomous systems operate reliably without impacting production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data-heavy systems or backend engineering.
• Strong Python and API design skills.
• Deep data engineering knowledge, ETL, vectorization, embeddings.
• Experience deploying and orchestrating LLMs with LangChain/LangSmith/LangGraph.
• Ability to translate domain knowledge into scalable agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI data infrastructure with data ingestion pipelines and vector databases.
• Orchestrate end-to-end multi-agent workflows to automate risk detection.
• Implement automated guardrails to block AI-generated errors before production.
• Develop secure deployment guardrails and MCP servers for safe AI interactions.
• Improve system reliability and latency of internal agent platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to convert domain knowledge into machine-readable formats.
