Job summary

Firmus Technologies in Singapore invites a Senior AI Engineer (Agents & Applications) to design, build, and operate production-grade agentic systems aligning AI-factory planning with the design-build-operate lifecycle.

You will define architectures for single- and multi-agent workflows, implement orchestration, and integrate model endpoints and telemetry to enable safe, explainable, and measurable decision-making across the enterprise AI platform.

Qualifications

• Experience designing agentic systems for AI factories.
• Strong background in distributed architectures and data pipelines.
• Proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agentic applications for AI-factory planning and execution.
• Define reference architectures for single- and multi-agent workflows.
• Build orchestration workflows using named frameworks and libraries.
• Select architectures tailored to use cases beyond default multi-agent patterns.
