Qualifications

• PhD≥8 yrs or Master≥11 yrs or Bachelor≥13 yrs in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Significant Thin Films R&D/PD experience in NAND, including diffusion and CVD films.
• Strong communication and leadership across technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level initiatives in structural/electrical film processes, especially dielectric and carbon-based films.
• Carry out complex experiments and support integration; deliver measurable results.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to process improvements and tech transfer.
• Document results and contribute to SOPs and knowledge systems.
