Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a related field.
• 10–15 years of NAND thin film R&D experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead development initiatives for cell film processes.
• Run complex experiments and support process integration.
• Document results and prepare technical reports.
• Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional teams.
• Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Contribute to process optimization and problem solving.
