Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years in Thin Film R&D for NAND processes.
• Experience leading multi-functional collaboration and project-level leadership.
• Strong publications or patents in relevant domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level initiatives focused on the development of cell film processes.
• Carry out complex experiments and support process integration under guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
