Responsibilities

• Shape the technical vision for structural and electric film processes across organizational boundaries.
• Lead cross‑functional programs spanning the engineering group to drive breakthroughs.
• Influence industry and external collaborations with strong technical leadership.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and contribute to critical roadmap decisions.
• Address challenging problems with root cause analysis and robust solutions.
• Represent Micron at industry consortia and technical conferences; publish white papers and patents.
