Qualificações

• PhD or equivalent degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.
• 10 to 15 years of Thin Film R&D experience for NAND processes (Diffusion, CVD, Cell Films).
• Strong collaboration across functions and demonstrated project-level leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project initiatives to develop cell film processes.
• Execute complex experiments and support process integration with guidance from senior staff.
• Apply technical expertise to achieve measurable improvements for the department.
• Collaborate to enable technology transfer and ramp-up activities.
• Maintain thorough experimental records and prepare technical reports.
• Mentor early-career staff and provide leadership aligned with entry expectations.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to solve process challenges and drive innovation.
• Contribute to guidelines, SOPs, and knowledge management documentation.
• Stay updated on emerging thin film processing technologies.
