Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) in Singapore to advance 3D NAND process integration. The role focuses on bridging device concepts, materials, and process integration into manufacturable solutions, using AI-enabled data analytics to accelerate learning cycles and solve scaling challenges.

You will lead end-to-end development, collaborate across Device, Probe, Test, Design, and Operations, and contribute to innovations through patents and publications.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and process integration.
• Experience in memory technologies (NAND/DRAM) or CMOS/logic.
• Proven ability in experiment design, data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to work across cross-functional R&D teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 3D NAND integration and technology roadmap across pathfinding and architecture enablement.
• Lead end-to-end development from concept to technology validation including learning vehicles, characterization, and debugging.
• Tackle complex integration challenges using data-driven, AI-assisted, and model-based approaches.
• Define and optimize module/process architecture to meet product requirements.
• Collaborate with Device, Probe, Test, Design, and Operations to improve performance and yield.
• Drive technical innovation through process improvements, patents, and publications.
