Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining and achieving photolithography roadmaps (process & equipment).
• Deep knowledge of optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and memory architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in lithography simulation tools, material characterization, DOE, SPC, and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex photolithography development programs across multiple technology nodes.
• Define medium- to long-term lithography process and equipment roadmaps.
• De-risk novel lithography concepts and platforms.
• Serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-enabled improvements in daily work.
