Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior photolithography engineer to lead process development and optimization, enabling yield, quality and performance targets.

You will run DOE, SPC, and statistical analyses, support material evaluations, defect learning, and overlay analysis while collaborating with integration, etch, metrology, and yield teams.

Embedding AI-enabled tools into daily work, you’ll advance continuous improvement and share AI-driven enhancements across the program.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with ≥3 years, or Bachelor’s with ≥5 years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Foundational experience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
• Ability to contribute effectively to photolithography development initiatives and improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute photolithography process development, optimization, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Perform DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis to characterize process behavior and identify improvements.
• Support material evaluations, defect learning, overlay analysis, and process window characterization.
• Assist with integration learning during development and early manufacturing ramps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including integration, etch, metrology, and yield engineering.
• Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements.
