Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead photolithography directions across multiple technology nodes and influence organizational strategy with deep expertise.

You will mentor engineers, drive innovation across development teams, and serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing, while integrating AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• PhD ≥8 yrs, or Master’s ≥11 yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥13 yrs of relevant experience in electrical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, physics or related field with semiconductor photolithography process development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex photolithography process development programs spanning multiple technology nodes.
• Define medium-to-long-term photolithography process and equipment technology roadmaps.
• De-risk novel lithography concepts and platforms.
• Serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing.
• Mentor senior engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.
• Generate high-impact intellectual property through patents and publications.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
