Role Summary

You will lead efforts to optimize tool performance and ensure high availability across assigned modules (Diffusion, Etch—Dry & Wet, Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film—CVD, or CMP). This role holds ownership of maintenance strategy, advanced failure diagnostics, and the deployment of robust, long‑term solutions to consistently meet or exceed uptime and cycle time targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on‑duty operations and oversee structured alarm response, driving rapid root cause identification and resolution of critical equipment issues.
• Govern tool handovers and maintenance reporting in strict alignment with cleanroom protocols and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership in tool operation and maintenance while partnering cross‑functionally with engineering teams to elevate performance, reliability, and availability.
• Own spare parts strategy, including inventory optimization and vendor/contractor engagement for timely replacement and advanced technical support.
• Direct and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for advanced 300mm semiconductor equipment within the assigned process module.
• Operate with accountability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Diploma or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or STEM related fields.
• Experience in a 12'' (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
