Job summary

Starhub Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer (Mobile Core Operations) to perform operation and administration support for 4G/5G core nodes, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and security hardening. The role covers release upgrades, patching, and process documentation to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities include proactive KPI monitoring, Roaming and signaling support, and collaborating with content providers.

Qualifications

Experience with 4G/5G core networks and related signaling protocols.
End-to-end network service troubleshooting experience.
Ability to perform security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
Flexible for late-night maintenance windows and project cutovers.

Responsibilities

Perform Operation and Administration support for 4G/5G Mobile Core nodes to ensure smooth network operation.
Perform system maintenance activities, such as system release upgrade and patch installation to improve system performance.
Develop and review system operations processes and maintain operational documents to ensure operation effectiveness.
Perform system Security Hardening, Vulnerability Assessment and implement corrections to address security risks.
Perform proactive monitoring of network service KPI/alarms and analysis to ensure service quality.
