Job summary

Nebius in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior ML Solutions Architect to design and implement optimized inference workflows using Nebius Token Factory’s serverless platform for open-source LLMs. You will collaborate with clients to build customized LLM-based solutions and architect scalable AI applications, working closely with our backend team to align the platform with customer needs.

Remote work from Singapore is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI systems.
• At least 2 years focused on LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience deploying and operating LLM inference workloads.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Optimize LLM inference across modalities to drive business value.
• Support supervised and RL-based fine-tuning to maximize model quality.
• Design and implement LLM-based solutions with Nebius Token Factory.
• Build production-ready applications using serverless LLM APIs (text, vision, audio).
• Provide expertise in prompt engineering, RAG architectures and model selection.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to surface customer feedback and roadmap.
• Guide customers from POC to production with performance and cost efficiency.
