Job summary

INFRASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD seeks a senior Middleware professional with extensive IBM middleware experience to lead architecture and operations in a large banking environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery plans and end-to-end runbooks for complex infrastructure operations.
• Manage support services and change management using ServiceNow.
• Lead DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Spinnaker.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform; write, test, and deploy reusable Terraform modules.
• Ensure IT security compliance and use of SSL and server certificates.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Skilled Middleware professional with at least 18+ years’ experience in information technology and at least 15+ years hands‑on experience on middleware web hosting and application server products in a large organization preferably banking environment
• Solid knowledge in administering IBM middleware products i.e. WebSphere and Web Logic Application Server, WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Process Server, Web Sphere Liberty, WebLogic Forms and Reports, IHS (IBM HTTP Server)
• Experience in IT security compliance and implementation and use of security protocols (SSL, Server certificates etc.)
• Good experience using WAS Scripting, J2EE, XML, SQL and Shell/Perl Scripting.
• Experience with Unix system administration and TCP/IP networking
• Familiarity of Compliance and risk management frameworks and methodologies (ISO27002,SDLC).
• Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
• Handson experience on at least one public cloud such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Success attributes include initiative, the ability to perform under pressure, strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills as well as analytical problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and can work autonomously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with internal customers and team members
• Proficiency in working on Linux/Unix and Windows system

• Managing support services and change management using ServiceNow
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Spinnaker
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform such as write, test, and deploy clean, reusable Terraform modules.
• Certification in Public cloud and Middleware products is desirable.
