Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in IT and 15+ years in middleware, with deep IBM ACE/MQ expertise, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP), and proficiency in CI/CD practices, Linux environments, and relational databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or closely related field with 15+ years of IT middleware experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM ACE and IBM MQ, with 8+ years managing these platforms in large organizations.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of integration architects and developers.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools, Git, and Linux server environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration projects, ensuring best practices, security, and performance, leveraging the ESB platform to meet business objectives.
• Lead and guide a team of integration architects and developers on API-led connectivity and scalable patterns.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance the ESB platform and resolve scalability issues.
• Implement security policies and drive CI/CD adoption for integration development and deployment.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to gather requirements and resolve complex production issues.
