Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group is a premier wildlife and nature destination in Singapore offering a range of corporate events and services. This role focuses on prospecting, selling and closing corporate product agreements, and expanding local client relationships to grow revenue.

You will drive outbound outreach, manage leads, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals while aligning with the annual sales plan and delivering exceptional event experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree required with relevant work experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Development, Sales/Partnerships.
• Strong network of business contacts and proven sales results.
• Able to meet revenue goals and drive growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, sell and close agreements for corporate products.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow local corporate sales pipeline.
• Develop local corporate/business events business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Engage in inbound/outbound outreach, calls, emails and client visits.
• Execute end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure and agreement.
• Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage key accounts and maintain product/service knowledge for clients.
• Analyze and report on product revenue, competitor performance, and pricing.
