Job summary

Mercuria Singapore is seeking a Senior Middle Officer to ensure timely trade captures, accurate risk exposure reporting, and PnL attribution. You will be involved in setting up valuation curves and monitoring desk risk limits to support trading activity.

The role requires 1-5 years in middle office or risk/trading analytics, with a focus on metals and familiarity with ETRM systems. A numerate financial degree is preferred, with FRM/CFA helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in a numerate discipline with a financial major would be attractive.
• 1-5 years of Middle Office, risk/trading or business analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of metals trading and risk management.
• Experience setting up/managing risk management ETRM systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support capture of trades and reporting of risk exposures.
• Provide PnL attribution and reporting to traders.
• Monitor desk risk limits and help manage risk profile.
• Develop and improve risk processes and ETRM functionality in coordination with traders/IT/CRMs.
