Job summary

THE CAP CONSULTING GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Middle Office / Product Control Analyst to support its oil trading business in Singapore.

The role focuses on timely trade captures, accurate risk exposure reporting, and PnL attribution, with involvement in pricing curves and desk risk monitoring. The firm highlights a strong bonus potential for high performers and a fully office-based work setting in town.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ work experience in Middle Office, preferably as a Market Risk/Trading/Product Control Analyst in Metals.
• Degree in a numerate discipline with a financial major would be attractive; FRM/CFA may help but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in capturing trades, reporting of risk exposures, and PnL attribution.
• Manage risk profile in line with risk appetite and limits.
• Develop and improve risk systems and processes with traders, IT, and Chief Risk Manager.
• Maintain relationships with finance, trading, middle office and operations teams.
• Assist in enabling new products or trading strategies.
