Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in merchandising or retail.
• Proficient in Office 365 tools, with high proficiency in Excel.
• Power BI experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into market data for offline and online channels to produce actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the BI team to create dashboards in Power BI to support decisions.
• Manage Open-To-Buy, forecast SKU-level sales and optimize inventory flow.
• Lead pricing strategies and coordinate with Franchisees on launches and stock moves.
