Job summary

Skechers Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Merchandising professional in Singapore to lead weekly sell-through analysis, manage pricing, inventory, and allocation, and support cross-functional projects with the marketing and logistics teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in merchandising or retail buying, strong Excel skills, and a solid product knowledge base. You will help maintain item attributes, develop display guidelines, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business/Retail Analytics or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Merchandising or Retail Buying.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of merchandising and buying processes.
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Weekly analysis of sell-through and monthly performance reports.
• Accountable for sales performance, pricing, inventory, buying, allocation, and markdowns.
• Maintain product item attributes categorization.
• Coordinate launch plans with Logistics for smooth delivery.
• Merchandising support and cross-functional collaboration on key projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align merchandising with promotions.
• Work with Visual Merchandising on in-store display guidelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills.
• Report weekly action plans to Department Head.
