Care Corner Singapore Ltd seeks a Senior / Assistant Senior Counsellor to lead counselling and case management for adults with mental health conditions and dementia in Singapore. You will collaborate with hospitals, GPs, and community partners to ensure holistic care and effective referrals.

The role requires a Master’s in Counselling, 10+ years of clinical experience, and at least 4 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of community care / healthcare clinical experience, including 3+ years with mental health/dementia clients.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Counselling and case management for adults 18+ with mental health conditions or dementia.
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide a second clinical opinion when needed.
• Conduct case conferences with community partners and coordinate with hospitals and clinics.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to trainees and staff.
• Lead training and advocacy initiatives and drive practice development.
• Oversee data collection and reporting to monitor service quality.
