Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. seeks a senior nursing professional to provide clinical guidance during complex emergency medical calls and telephone triage. You will support clinicians and call handlers in making timely clinical decisions, review recordings, and conduct clinical audits to propose improvements.

The role involves medical training, updating protocols and pre-arrival instructions, and contributing to quality monitoring; some candidates may advance to Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum nursing grade of Senior Staff Nurse 2; Senior Staff Nurse 1 preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in an emergency medicine setting.
• Existing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and computer skills; able to work under pressure.
