Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking qualified personnel to perform telephone triage for emergency medical calls and provide evidence-based medical advice. The role includes supporting complex cases, using video tools for patient assessment, and maintaining comprehensive records.

The candidate will review calls, conduct audits, and contribute to updates of clinical protocols. Eligibility includes Singapore nursing registration or Level 3 Paramedic credentials, plus strong communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in nursing/paramedicine or IB equivalent.
• 2+ years nursing in emergency setting with Singapore Nursing Board registration, or Level 3 Paramedic with emergency experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills; able to make timely clinical decisions under pressure.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or higher, Higher NITEC in Paramedicine & Emergency Care, or International Baccalaureate.
• Either at least 2 years’ nursing experience in an emergency medical setting with existing Singapore Nursing Board registration, or Level 3 Paramedic certification with emergency medical experience.
• Good communication and computer skills; able to make timely clinical decisions under pressure.
