Job summary

rrecruiter int pte. ltd. seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and validate products using 3D CAD and simulation tools. You will assemble, test, and certify hardware, while driving design improvements and ensuring robust process integration.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, strong knowledge of material selection, and proficiency in SolidWorks. Semiconductor test expertise is advantageous, and on-site work in Singapore is expected.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, material selection, and metal/plastic fabrication.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Equipment design, test integration, test socket/probe design, and semiconductor test process experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes or IR technology is an added advantage.
