Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) in Singapore seeks a Lead Architect to scale enterprise security capabilities for a global cybersecurity vendor. You will assess security environments, identify gaps, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve posture and resilience while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity disciplines or closely related technical roles.
• Hands-on security design, security architecture and security controls with exposure to IT, networks, app or cloud security.
• Strong ability to assess complex environments, identify gaps and propose risk-based improvements.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within APAC and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate enterprise security environments to uncover control gaps and resilience improvements.
• Shape practical security roadmaps and implementation approaches for large-scale environments.
• Translate deep technical findings into actionable insights for engineering, security and leadership teams.
• Support incident response and remediation efforts in high-impact environments.
