Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Senior Planner I (Materials) to oversee materials planning and ERP data integrity, ensuring 100% production uptime. You will manage daily material requirements to meet customer timelines and monitor part availability to prevent bottlenecks.

You will lead the early handling of Excess & Obsolescence, use AI-tools to automate reporting and identify supply risks, and mentor junior planners on escalations and decision making to keep the supply chain

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP and RR (Kinaxis) and Oracle preferred.
• Knowledge of Materials Planning and Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assured materials are purchased per customer requirements and timelines.
• Support account teams by managing daily material requirements to ensure uptime.
• Monitor part availability and logistics to prevent bottlenecks and misplacements.
• Manage E&O by identifying surplus early and minimizing waste with data-driven insights.
• Execute purchase orders in line with customer requirements with strong ERP data integrity.
• Leverage AI-tools to automate routine reporting and identify supply risks early.
• Identify manual tasks for automation or digital workflow improvements.
• Lead resolution of critical supply chain issues and mentor junior planners on escalations.
