Silicon Labs in Singapore is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to orchestrate wafer fabrication, assembly, and test scheduling across outsourced partners, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to balance demand with capacity and lead times.

The role requires 5–8 years in semiconductor supply chain, hands-on SAP/APS/MES experience, and strong Excel analytics to drive improvements in delivery performance and inventory turns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/IE/Business or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor supply chain or planning.
• Experience supporting wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations in fabless or outsourced environments.

Responsabilités

• Plan, release, and monitor wafer fabrication, assembly, and test production based on demand, inventory targets, and capacity.
• Monitor daily WIP, production output, and shipment status across manufacturing partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and supply risks; drive timely resolutions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate escalation and recovery plans for shortages, schedule slips, and production issues.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.
