Job summary

HYBRIONIC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to coordinate planning, delivery, and supply-related activities for assigned customer accounts in Singapore.

You will monitor demand, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery through robust scheduling. The role requires a diploma or degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in demand planning, material planning, production planning, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and production planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP B1 knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor customer demand and collaborate with internal teams to manage changes in demand and supply requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to align loading and supply plans with business needs.
• Analyse material availability and material flow to support production and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and manage production and cell planning schedules to achieve on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to plan and expedite material movement.
• Manage inventory levels in line with safety stock targets and FIFO requirements.
• Monitor excess and obsolete inventory and support scrap reduction initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve planning, scheduling, material, and shipment issues.
• Utilise Excel and basic data analysis to support forecasting.
• Perform other ad-hoc planning and supply chain duties as assigned.
