Job summary

OMS OILFIELD SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Master Scheduler to lead production, material and procurement planning for Surface Wellheads, Specialty Connectors and Pipes, and Premium Threading.

The role provides an integrated view of demand, capacity and purchasing requirements to ensure timely delivery to customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering and Quality to resolve constraints and drive on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in reading/writing in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Leadership capabilities to coordinate across multiple facilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Planning and Purchasing teams, including setting priorities and monitoring performance
• Manage and coordinate production and material planning across product lines, aligning with customer requirements
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule considering orders, capacity and material availability
• Maintain an integrated view of loading and capacity across products and establish prioritisation
• Oversee material planning and purchasing to ensure materials and tooling are available for the schedule
• Provide direction to Planners and Buyers and follow up on schedules, shortages and supplier deliveries
• Monitor Sales Order progress from receipt to shipment and address delays and risks
• Lead regular planning meetings and coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality and ME
• Coordinate activities to resolve issues affecting production and delivery
• Monitor KPIs (OTD, schedule adherence, inventory, capacity, backlog) and drive improvements
• Analyze delays and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
• Escalate capacity constraints or supplier issues and propose recovery actions
• Comply with quality, health, safety, security and environmental regs
• Perform other duties as assigned by responsibilities
