Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a senior MPS Control Manager to lead the master production scheduling and planning across multiple sites. You will translate demand forecasts into executable production plans, optimize capacity, and balance inventory with service commitments.

You will drive S&OP/IBP processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Demand, Supply, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in planning or manufacturing roles.
• Experience leading production planning and S&OP processes.
• Strong collaboration across demand, supply, and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of MRP, BOMs, lead times and planning master data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule across sites.
• Translate forecasts into executable production plans and optimize capacity.
• Monitor and improve inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, finished goods.
• Support monthly S&OP and IBP processes with scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and mitigate risks.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
