Job summary

PHAIDON INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified finance professional to manage MAS regulatory reporting and support management reporting in Singapore.

You will liaise with external auditors and tax agents while ensuring accurate submissions of MAS returns and robust financial controls. The role requires 5–8 years of banking/financial services experience, a degree in Accountancy/Finance, and strong Excel/data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of accounting or finance experience within banking or financial services.
• Prior MAS regulatory reporting exposure (MAS 610, 640, 649, 755) is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of banking products, operations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and work with large datasets.
• Experience mentoring juniors is advantageous but not required.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support overseas stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MAS regulatory returns, including MAS 610, 640, 649 and 755, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Support financial and management reporting, including regulatory data monitoring and reporting activities.
• Liaise with tax agents and external auditors to support tax filing and annual audit requirements.
• Review accounting schedules, journal entries, employee claims and operating expenses.
• Assist with liquidity monitoring, financial controls and Head Office reporting requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other ad hoc finance projects.
