Job summary

OKX SG Pte. Ltd. is expanding its compliance function to meet MAS obligations. As Compliance Manager, you will partner with the CCO and cross-functional teams to advance our CMS program and maintain a MAS-aligned compliance framework.

The role requires 8+ years in regulatory and financial crime compliance, experience drafting policies and governance documents, plus strong program management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory and financial crime compliance experience in a MAS-regulated entity.
• Experience supporting regulatory license applications and remediation programs.
• Strong knowledge of MAS Securities and Futures Act and related rules.
• Experience drafting regulatory submissions, governance papers, and policy docs.
• Strong program management with multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update MAS-specific compliance policies and governance documentation.
• Enhance AML/CFT, sanctions, and broader regulatory framework alignment with MAS rules.
• Prepare governance decks, risk assessments, and regulatory briefing papers.
• Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions, and remediation actions.
• Maintain management information and governance reporting across CMS.
• Support regulatory engagements, inspections, and information requests.
• Contribute to compliance training and awareness for stakeholders.
