Job summary

OKX SG is building a robust compliance function to meet MAS requirements. The Compliance Manager will partner with the CCO and cross-functional teams to advance the CMS program and maintain a MAS-aligned framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance with a MAS regulated Singapore entity.
• Experience supporting regulatory license applications and regulatory change programs, remediation or supervisory engagements in Singapore.
• Strong working knowledge of MAS Securities and Futures Act and corresponding rules and regulations, notices and circulars
• Experience drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, regulatory submissions, governance papers and other formal compliance documentation.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex regulatory or operational issues into clear written analysis and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations, Risk, and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, finance, business or another relevant field.
• Proficient in AI tools usage and able to automate work deliverables wherever possible

Responsibilities

• Draft and update Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, job aids, controls descriptions, and governance documentation to support local regulatory requirements and licensing commitments.
• Enhance and maintain OKX SG’s AML/CFT, sanctions and broader regulatory compliance framework in line with MAS rules, notices, guidelines, and internal standards.
• Prepare governance decks, issue summaries, risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation updates, and regulatory briefing papers for CCO, senior management, Board, auditors, and regulators.
• Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions, control enhancements, and remediation actions arising from internal/external reviews, audits or regulatory feedback.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of management information, governance reporting, and status reporting across the compliance program for CMS.
• Support regulatory engagements, inspections, and information requests by organizing documentation and validating evidence.
