Job summary

Partech is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Professional in Singapore to join the Compliance team. The role focuses on audits, MAS notices, regulatory changes, and risk-based reviews in collaboration with product and technology teams.

The successful candidate will drive gap analyses, manage regulatory responses, and partner with the FCC team to ensure robust controls and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within a MAS-regulated financial institution, payment firm, bank, or audit/advisory firm.
• Proven hands-on experience managing regulatory returns and implementing regulatory changes.
• Exceptional writing skills for gap analyses, management papers, and regulatory responses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal/external audits and banking partner inspections.
• Coordinate evidence (RFIs) and draft management responses.
• Project manage regulatory change initiatives across business, product, and tech teams.
• Track MAS notices, guidelines, and circulars and brief senior management on impacts.
• Address gap analyses and track end-to-end corrective action plans with FCC.
• Review new product launches and material business changes for regulatory requirements.
