Job summary

HeyGlobally Connect (HeyGlobally Company) in Singapore requires a Regulatory Compliance Manager to shape the compliance framework and manage the MAS relationship. The role focuses on licensing/submissions to MAS, AML/CFT framework maintenance, and ongoing regulatory monitoring.

Ideal candidates will have strong MAS regulatory experience, AML/CFT policy ownership, and hands-on MAS interactions. This is a Singapore-based, on-site position for Singapore citizens only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in payments/fintech.
• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulations and notices, including AML/CFT and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Payment Services Act is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience dealing with MAS (regulatory returns, submissions, queries, inspections, licence variations).
• Has written or owned compliance and AML/CFT policies, procedures and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing and regulatory submissions to MAS.

• Act as the main contact with MAS for submissions, queries and inspections.
• Track new MAS notices, guidelines and circulars, and brief senior management on the impact.
• Advise the business on Payment Services Act requirements for new products and partnerships.
• Respond to due diligence questionnaires from banking partners.
• Manage regulatory returns and notifications to MAS, and oversee monitoring, reporting and training as the business scales.
