Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, business development, or events experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Resourceful team player with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with English and Chinese content, including translating menus and customer-facing materials where required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing collaterals and POS materials for assigned F&B outlets across Sentosa, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all physical and digital customer touchpoints.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow brand awareness, increase customer traffic, and drive revenue.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships while identifying opportunities for market expansion and cross-promotional collaborations.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of booth setups for wedding fairs and corporate showcases.
• Manage installation projects by liaising with contractors and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and according to requirements.
• Organize and coordinate social media influencer visits and tasting sessions to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage departmental procurement processes, including purchase orders (POs), vendor invoices, and related documentation.
• Support the management of marketing budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring initiatives remain within approved budgets.
