Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns across brand platforms, while supporting branding initiatives and digital marketing efforts in Singapore.

The role covers CRM analytics, content production, and coordination of events and partnerships, requiring 3–4 years of related experience and hands-on skills in SEO, social media, and Canva/Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing with 3–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, CRM and campaign performance tracking.
• Proficient in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Basic photo and video editing skills are preferred.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across brand platforms.
• Support development of marketing concepts to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and social media developments to identify opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of branding initiatives, promotions and other marketing activities.
• Manage brand website, mobile app, SEO and other digital marketing activities.
• Monitor, analyze and report on digital marketing performance and campaign results.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with online audiences to build brand awareness and community.
• Support CRM initiatives and analyze customer and campaign data to improve effectiveness.
• Design and develop POSM, social media content and other marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots and production arrangements.
• Write, edit and proofread marketing content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Liaise with malls, media, external partners and vendors on promotions and features.
• Coordinate events, campaigns and promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in influencer analysis, media monitoring and evaluation of campaign performance.
• Provide administrative support for marketing activities including meeting coordination and logistics.
• Undertake other marketing initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned.
