Job summary

Mount Faber Leisure Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Lead to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across attractions and F&B outlets. You will lead end-to-end campaign planning, activation and post-campaign evaluation, while managing partnerships and collaborations with internal teams and external agencies.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in marketing, strong digital and performance marketing skills, and proven leadership abilities to drive campaigns that support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 8+ years in marketing, communications or related fields.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience in campaign planning, stakeholder management and delivery.
• Strong digital marketing, social media and performance marketing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, project management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative, commercially minded and results-oriented marketer.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, attractions or lifestyle sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that support objectives.
• Manage the annual marketing calendar across attractions and F&B outlets.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to post-campaign evaluation.
• Develop campaign strategies, customer propositions, channel plans, budgets, timelines and KPIs.
• Plan and optimise activity across digital and traditional channels (web, social, email, paid media).
• Work with internal teams and agency partners to produce engaging content and assets.
• Lead visitor-facing marketing initiatives like themed installations and promotional campaigns.
• Manage partnerships and co-funded campaigns with tourism, payment, travel, lifestyle partners.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs using marketing data.
• Guide and supervise the graphic design team for high-quality assets.
