PU TIEN RESTAURANT PTE LTD is seeking aMarketing Specialist to design and execute comprehensive campaigns across digital, social media and offline channels. You will coordinate events, product launches and promotional activities while maintaining brand consistency across all communications.

You will manage digital content on regional platforms, monitor performance with data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to achieve business goals in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the service or F&B industry
• Hands-on experience in market research and data analysis within the service or F&B sectors
• Familiar with online and offline media platforms, including advertising formats and requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop will be an advantage
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; English required; Mandarin needed to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Candidates who can join within a short notice period will have an advantage

Responsabilités

• Develop, plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social media and offline channels.
• Coordinate marketing events, product launches and promotional activities.
• Manage digital content across key regional platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Rednote
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives.
• Manage external vendors, agencies and marketing partners.
• Manage brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Manage and plan CRM system and develop strategies to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in producing marketing collaterals for campaign and day-to-day materials
