Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing event planning, execution, content marketing, or related roles.
• Ability to plan and deliver events independently across multiple markets.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Help plan and deliver industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and other marketing events tailored to local market needs.
• Coordinate event preparation and execution with internal teams, partners, and vendors, managing timelines, budgets, venues, speaker invitations, and on-site arrangements.
• Work with sales teams to coordinate lead handoffs and follow-up, track event promotion, compile performance data, and conduct post-event reviews to improve future activities.
• Plan and produce content for online and offline events, including speaker bios and supporting materials, promotional copy and collateral, speaking materials, and presentation decks.
• Plan and produce content for ongoing marketing activities, such as email marketing, tailored to the characteristics and audience needs of each regional market.
