Asia Climate Philanthropy Advisory (ACPA) is seeking a seasoned Manager, Marketing & Communications to lead its communications roadmap. Reporting to the CEO, the role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution of content, digital engagement, events planning, and media outreach to position ACPA as a trusted partner in the Asian philanthropy ecosystem.

Formación

• 10–12 years of experience in communications, ideally with non-profit/non-governmental organizations.
• Proven experience developing and executing communication and brand strategies.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in writing, editing and storytelling.
• Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
• Strong project management skills and comfort working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• While not mandatory, a genuine interest in climate change and social impact, and ability to quickly grasp related concepts are desirable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, dynamic and collaborative team.
• Excellent event, project management and coordination abilities.
• Track record of working in environments requiring professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Alignment with ACPA’s mission and commitment to embodying ACPA values.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of communications roadmap and content strategy.
• Coordinate with external agencies to produce brand assets.
• Develop editorial calendar across website and LinkedIn.
• Research, copywrite, edit donor stories, partner spotlights, and thought leadership pieces.
• Oversee website updates and improve user experience and storytelling.
• Draft press releases and manage media outreach.
• Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners to boost visibility.
• Track media performance and KPIs; manage asset libraries.
• Create content for events, convenings, and promotional materials.
• Manage vendors and freelancers to ensure timely outputs.
