Job summary

Haskoning Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Maritime Consultant / Project Director with extensive port strategy, planning and development experience for projects in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region.

The role demands leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and strong client-facing capabilities. Based in Singapore, you will drive high-quality maritime projects, support business development activities, and collaborate with experts across countries.

Qualifications

More than 20 years of relevant experience in managing maritime-related projects.
International experience, particularly in Asia, is essential.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Ideally residing in Singapore with valid working rights.

Responsibilities

Provide senior expertise on port strategy, planning and development.
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple countries in Asia-Pacific.
Ensure quality and planning meet client expectations and provide knowledge transfer of maritime sector issues.
Provide top level consultancy services and take overall responsibility for project delivery.
Guide sub-project teams and junior staff; monitor quality, planning and budget.
