Haskoning Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Maritime Consultant / Project Director with extensive port strategy, planning and development experience for Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

Based in Singapore, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, deliver large and complex maritime projects, ensure quality and timely delivery, and support business development activities across the region. Fluency in English and international experience are essential; willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• More than 20 years of relevant experience in managing Maritime-related projects.
• International experience, particularly in Asia, is essential.
• Proficiency in English is a must.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior expertise on port strategy, planning and development and contribute to technical feasibility studies and design services.
• Interact with multi-disciplinary project teams across countries to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge transfer on maritime sector transformation issues.
• Lead and support multi-disciplinary sub-project teams and junior staff.
• Monitor project quality, planning and budget for components under responsibility.
