Job summary

Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore invites a seasoned professional to lead a team in the International Division. You will spearhead relations with foreign maritime administrations and stakeholders, shaping bilateral and multilateral engagements and coordinating strategic projects for Singapore’s maritime interests.

You will analyse geopolitical developments, decarbonisation, digitalisation, and environmental protection issues, then advise strategies.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant working experience in International Relations or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, writing and communications skills.
• Good command of English and excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team in the International Division to spearhead relations and drive projects with foreign maritime administrations and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage MPA’s multilateral and bilateral relations with foreign maritime administrations and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and analyse international maritime issues and recommend strategies and responses.
• Organise and host meetings, incoming visits and events; travel as a representative of MPA and Singapore.
