Job summary

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd Singapore Branch is seeking a senior Civil/Project Manager to lead marine and port infrastructure programs in Singapore. You will direct project teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met.

You will provide technical leadership in foundation works, land reclamation, road construction, and bridge-related projects, while maintaining quality and compliance across all phases of delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on marine and port infrastructure projects within timelines.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate progress meetings.
• Plan work schedules to meet COD and milestones.
• Manage procurement and planning of materials for site operations.
• Supervise site engineers and delegate on-site tasks.
• Provide technical leadership in foundation treatment and marine works.
• Oversee port roads, yards, and related infrastructure to spec.
• Coordinate with employers and clients on materials and requirements.
• Support project teams in budgets and project plans.
