Job summary

Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) is seeking a senior professional to lead a team in the International Division. You will spearhead relations with foreign maritime administrations and stakeholders, driving projects and managing multilateral and bilateral relations to advance Singapore’s maritime interests.

You will identify international issues, analyse impacts, and develop strategies and responses.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of international relations experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing and communications skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to lead teams to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to advance Singapore’s maritime interests both bilaterally and at multilateral fora.
• Identify and analyse international maritime issues and recommend strategies and responses.
• Forge and strengthen partnerships with foreign maritime administrations and relevant stakeholders.
• Organise and host meetings, incoming visits and other events; travel as a representative of MPA when required.
