Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction management or related role.
• Certificate of Project Manager Safety Course is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage client stakeholders, build relationships and deepen client accounts.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
