Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager for marine projects in Singapore. You will oversee projects from contract award through completion, coordinating with shipowners, shipyards, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to contractual standards.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in marine/offshore sectors, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management. Willingness to travel locally and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of PM experience in marine/offshore industries.
• Experience managing projects from award to completion.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, installation and commissioning.
• Familiarity with marine classification societies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring and completion of marine projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Maintain relationships with shipowners, operators, shipyards, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and sea trials where required.
• Ensure proper documentation and final handover.
