Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE LTD is seeking a Construction Manager for a project-based role at the Changi East Site Office. The position runs until end-2027 with a 5.5 day work week and alternate Saturdays, reporting to project managers on improvements and actions.

The candidate should have a Master’s in engineering, 5+ years’ construction experience, and be proficient in MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD. Marine construction experience is a plus, with strong leadership duties over engineers.

Qualifications

• Master or degree in engineering or equivalent; BCA recognition is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Experience in marine construction is favorable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities for performance and compliance with drawings, codes and standards.
• Manage contractors focusing on quality, schedule and cost control.
• Coordinate with engineering to support construction activities.
• Develop and implement corporate construction policies for projects.
• Ensure timely delivery with minimal wastage and lead a team of engineers.
• Coordinate with other departments, authorities, clients and suppliers.
• Provide progress reporting and participate in project execution meetings.
• Develop multicultural workforce to meet business objectives and regulations.
• Ensure ISO standards and customer specifications are met on construction activities.
• Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity.
